At Cro Metrics, we’re adding an experienced team member who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving complex problems and finding new ways to drive business growth through experimentation. In this key position as a Growth Marketing Program Manager, you’ll take full ownership in delivering high-impact A/B testing and personalization programs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Program Manager partners with clients to lead and execute multiple simultaneous web optimization experiments. You’ll collaborate with our team of world-class engineering, design, and analytics gurus to shape client strategies, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure deliverables translate into measurable success.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Experimentation Process: Partner with strategy, engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams to launch and optimize A/B tests that drive performance improvements.
- Turn Ideas into Action: Write clear, detailed test requirements and create annotated mockups to ensure seamless execution.
- Be the Go-To for Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, keeping them informed on program progress, test performance, and key insights.
- Manage Complexity with Ease: Juggle multiple priorities across different accounts while maintaining a sharp focus on results and client satisfaction.
- Lead Client Strategy & Growth: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and proactively identifying new opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Solve Problems Before They Arise: Anticipate roadblocks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth execution at every stage.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Apply curiosity to learn new tools, techniques, and ideas in CRO, growth marketing, and digital experimentation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Hands-on CRO expertise is required, including A/B testing, personalization, and website optimization.
- Proven experience writing clear, actionable requirements for engineers and web development projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Able to translate technical concepts into simple, professional language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and web development processes.
- Growth marketing experience, such as paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategies.
- Familiarity with project management and web analytics tools is preferred.
- Preferred experience in an agency or professional services environment, with confidence managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (5–10%) for client meetings and events.
Compensation Range: 70-90K + Benefits
