I'm looking for someone who's ready to get in the trenches with me to build something great. Someone who's energized by the opportunity to own growth as a key partner in the business - not just execute campaigns - but help shape strategy, test new channels, and build systems that scale. This role requires wearing a lot of different hats and bringing strong analytical skills to everything you do. You'll need to be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution, while always letting data guide your decisions.

You'll also guide creative development, manage agency relationships, and help build the systems that attract, nurture, and retain members across our portfolio of brands.
