Stellic is growing! We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable pipeline engine. This is a highly-experimental role where you’ll own demand generation strategy end-to-end - launching integrated growth campaigns, experimenting across channels while optimizing the funnel to drive qualified pipeline and revenue in close partnership with Sales.

You balance strategy with hands-on execution and take ownership of your work from idea to outcome. You collaborate closely with Sales and other teams, and you’re motivated by solving problems, improving performance, and helping the business grow.
AS OUR GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL OWNGrowth Experimentation: Run tests across messaging, channels, landing pages, and offers to continuously improve performance across the funnel.
Account-Based Marketing: Develop targeted campaigns for high-priority accounts and segments, partnering with Sales to create personalized outreach and engagement.
Pipeline Generation: Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline by scaling inbound acquisition through paid channels, content distribution, and conversion-focused programs.
Sales Partnership: Work closely with Sales to align on campaign strategy, target segments, and follow-up processes to ensure strong pipeline conversion.
Integrated Campaign Strategy: Partner with other Marketers to execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, webinars, events, email, and partnerships to generate qualified pipeline.
Performance & Insights: Track campaign performance tied to pipeline and revenue, analyze funnel metrics, and provide insights that help guide future marketing strategy.
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or pipeline-focused marketing roles
Bachelor’s degree
Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing performance data
Ability to partner closely with Sales and align marketing efforts to revenue goals
A testing mindset with experience running experiments and optimizing campaigns
Strong communication and project management skills in a fast-moving environment
Comfort with occasional, domestic and international travel
