About the role:
We are looking for a versatile Growth Marketing Manager to help efficiently scale and optimize existing paid acquisition channels. This role is highly focused on driving performance improvements through rigorous testing, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimization to unlock incremental revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta & TikTok) and hands-on experience with Paid Search (Google), along with a strong understanding of creative strategy and how it impacts performance across the funnel. This person will partner closely with creative and cross-functional teams to develop insights-led testing roadmaps, translate learnings into actionable optimizations, and evolve channel strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior.
Familiarity with additional acquisition channels—such as Audio (Podcasts), YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencers (including affiliate model), and/or TV/CTV—is a plus but not required. As a growth hire for a fast-growing, mission-driven brand, this person will have the freedom to own initiatives as well as the flexibility to develop strategies and test new tactics. They’ll be responsible for the measurement of performance, testing, and optimization of acquisition marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
● Own key digital channels including Paid Search & Shopping
● Assist in execution of Meta & TikTok ads including ideation, briefing, optimization, reporting, etc.
● Support testing into new scalable & measurable acquisition channels
● Develop hypotheses and run varying tests on creative & landing pages to improve incremental performance
● Support management of TikTok Shops including optimizations, product listings, affiliates, etc.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, brand marketing, customer experience, and digital product to produce & present insights on high-performing ads while ensuring a seamless customer journey from viewing an ad to purchase
● Own the management of product feeds for Paid Search & Social needs
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of growth/acquisition marketing experience; startup & DTC experience preferred
- Hands on experience in managing ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Familiarity with one or more of the following acquisition channels is preferred, but not required: Audio (i.e. Podcasts), YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencers, and TV/CTV.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics required; familiarity with BI tools such as Looker preferred. Working knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
- Understanding of marketing mix modeling and incrementally testing
- Strong creative instincts and an understanding of what drives performance
- Proven track record of taking initiative and and driving to optimize & improve metrics
- Detail-oriented self-starter and a fast learner
- Effective multi-tasker; you’re comfortable wearing many hats
- Highly analytical and strategic thinker - you leverage data to inform key decisions and can anticipate potential future problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about the environment and sustainability and interested in Blueland’s mission
The salary for this role is $80,000-110,000 per year
