The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows. Snapdocs is changing that. Our platform currently powers 20% of all real estate closings in the country, and we’re just getting started.

We design workflow software and AI-driven automation that connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors — eliminating friction, reducing risk, and delivering a faster, simpler closing for every borrower. Our customers range from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies. They trust us because we solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.

We’re backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, and we’re building for the long term.

Snapdocs is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to accelerate growth within our Lender segment. In this role, you’ll design and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, deepen account engagement, and drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, ABM, Events, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategies, support operations, and continually optimize performance.

This role contributes to strategic planning while maintaining a strong focus on hands-on execution—managing programs that span account-based marketing, events, digital campaigns, and webinars. The ideal candidate combines data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving, and operational rigor to turn marketing strategy into tangible business outcomes. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing & Operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount-Based Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Lead the Lender Webinar Program, ensuring consistent cadence, strong attendance, and measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with broader demand generation and revenue goals.
Brand & Partner Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with Brand and Partner Marketing to amplify awareness, promote co-marketing initiatives, and drive shared growth.
  • Support content promotion, campaign enablement, and lead flow integration to ensure seamless alignment across marketing channels.
AI-Driven Marketing & Operational Improvements
  • Strategically leverage AI to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, optimize campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities across the marketing funnel.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies that reduce manual work, enhance marketing velocity, and increase ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to refine automation, ensure data accuracy, and improve campaign scalability.
Channel & Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, display, search, and content syndication) to support ABM and lead generation objectives.
  • Contribute to website and SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and conversion performance.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards that measure campaign performance, ABM impact, and ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform ongoing strategy and execution.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM-focused roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven success managing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Expertise with HubSpot (required), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and campaign automation tools.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and display advertising.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM campaigns, including account targeting, segmentation, and personalized content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, database management, and Salesforce (SFDC) campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and CRO to support top-of-funnel growth.
  • Understanding of social media platforms for business and campaign use.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
