About the role
Our cutting-edge AI-powered labor platform is revolutionizing the future of work. We're seeking a highly analytical and AI-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead in our mission-critical worker acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will be the architect of our growth, leveraging advanced AI tools and data science methodologies to attract, engage, and retain a high-quality, skilled workforce on our platform.

What You'll Do:
  • AI-Driven Growth Strategy Development: Design, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive worker acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and machine learning across all stages of the worker lifecycle.
  • Predictive Analytics & Segmentation: Utilize AI-powered analytics to identify high-potential worker segments, predict churn risks, and develop hyper-personalized acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • AI-Enhanced Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels (e.g., SEM, paid social, display, programmatic) and organic channels (e.g., SEO, content marketing, email marketing, push, SMS, in App) by integrating AI tools for real-time bidding, budget optimization, audience targeting, and creative iteration.
  • Generative AI for Content & Copy: Leverage generative AI tools to rapidly produce and optimize high-performing marketing copy, ad creatives, email sequences, and in-app messages, ensuring brand consistency and personalization at scale.
  • Intelligent CRM & Lifecycle Automation: Architect and manage AI-powered CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, loyalty programs) to maximize worker activation, engagement, long-term retention and improved Experience
  • Experimentation & AI-Guided Optimization: Lead a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation roadmap, using AI-driven insights to inform hypotheses, analyze results, and automate iterative improvements across all growth funnels.
  • AI Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI/ML marketing technologies and platforms to enhance our capabilities in areas like sentiment analysis, predictive lead scoring, talent matching, and automated reporting.
  • Data Science Collaboration: Partner closely with our data science and product teams to refine AI models, ensure data integrity, and translate complex insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define critical KPIs, build AI-enhanced dashboards, and provide in-depth reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders on the performance of all growth initiatives, highlighting the impact of AI applications.
  • Market & AI Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, growth marketing methodologies, and labor marketplace dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, with a demonstrable track record in user acquisition and retention for a marketplace or high-growth B2C platform.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess: Expert-level proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, statistical analysis, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML tools and platforms in a marketing context, including but not limited to:
  • Generative AI for content and copy (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Jasper)
  • AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling tools
  • AI-enhanced advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads AI features, TikTok, Meta Advantage+)
  • Intelligent CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud with AI integrations)
  • Proven ability to design and execute robust A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, leveraging AI for optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of contractors
  • Strong understanding of the entire marketing technology stack and experience integrating disparate systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong bias for action and a relentless focus on measurable results.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML for marketing are a significant plus.
