About the Role:

Are you a data-savvy, high-energy marketer ready to make a big impact? Join our rockstar Demand Gen team at Sift, the category leader where cybersecurity, fraud, and identity converge.

We’re looking for a growth marketing generalist with a few years of success track record in global B2B SaaS industry who’s eager to own big projects, learn fast, and see your work drive measurable results. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to impact the full customer lifecycle — from generating new pipeline to expanding customer relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, loves blending creativity with analytics, and is excited to work across digital marketing, webinars, events, campaigns and enjoy supporting our global SDR and field team!

Responsibilities:

Digital marketing

  • Take the wheel on our LinkedIn, Google, and Display Ad campaigns — from planning and launching to optimization and reporting.

  • Partner with global directors in campaign and field marketing to develop Ad strategies that align with our OKRs and KPIs. Own Ad budgets, responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting.

  • Analyze performance and ROI, bringing insights to the broader team to drive smarter decisions, adopt industry best practices.

Webinar operations

  • Own our global webinar budget and end-to-end webinar operations, including in-house, sponsored, and on-demand, with an eye on beating industry benchmarks. Manage 2 to 3 webinars per quarter on average, catering to both AMER and EMEA timezones.

  • Collaborate on content, digital experience, and post-event follow-up to keep audiences engaged and moving through the funnel.

Event project management

  • Support our marketing directors on planning and activating the sales team for select global events.

  • Actively participate in the pre-event production process: landing pages, design, booth experience, promotions, and more.

  • Continuously look for ways to level up our event process for bigger impact.

  • General campaign support

  • Jump in to support global and regional campaigns, on a as needed basis, with a focus on lead gen, content marketing, and performance tracking.

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment, momentum, and results.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years B2B SaaS marketing experience; bonus points for fraud management, cybersecurity, or identity industry background.

  • Strong experience with SFDC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads. Google Analytics expertise is a strong plus.

  • Strong experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, ON24). Hands-on experience with Marketo, Asana is a strong plus.

  • Field marketing or demand gen program management experience is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

  • Current user for AI tools like ChatGPT to work smarter and more effectively.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Self motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced and distributed team environment.
