The Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead in scaling our paid social acquisition programs. You will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Meta, Reddit, YouTube and TikTok—balancing analytical rigor with creative insight. You will also have the opportunity to test into other ancillary platforms, like Podcasts, Display, Traditional, etc. You’ll work closely with our, product, analytics, and creative teams to drive efficient acquisition and deliver insights that shape our broader growth strategy. If you're a technical marketer who loves both creative and quantitative thinking — and who wants to level up on tracking, attribution, and real business impact — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own and help scale acquisition strategy across paid social channels, including Meta Reddit, TikTok, etc. Have an interest into testing other channels too, such as traditional, display, podcast, etc.
Lead campaign execution end-to-end, from setup and daily optimization to deep post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Design and run structured A/B tests—from ideation to launch, optimization, and reporting—across creative, audiences, landing pages, and other performance levers.
Translate performance data into actionable insights, presenting results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and recommending next steps.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop new ad concepts, refine messaging, and scale winning formats.
What You’ll Bring:
4–6+ years of hands-on experience scaling and managing paid media campaigns in B2C, e-commerce, gaming, or similar high-growth environments.
2+ years of hands-on keyboard execution and optimization within Meta Ads Manager and 1–2 additional platforms (e.g. TikTok, Reddit, Twitter).
Proven success using structured experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to improve performance and extract insights from creative, audience, and UX tests.
Strong track record of using data to drive decisions—skilled in building dashboards, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns based on test-and-learn frameworks.
Operates with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while proactively solving problems and improving technical systems (e.g., pixels, UTMs, tracking).
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, capable of clearly articulating tradeoffs, strategies, and results to diverse teams.
Nice to Have’s:
Direct experience in subscription-based or fintech environments.
Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Omni, Tableau, Looker etc.)
Familiarity with attribution models and the technical side of ad tracking
Experience running both web and app campaigns, with an understanding of platform-specific nuances.
