Infisical is the open source security infrastructure platform that engineers use for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. We help developers and organizations securely manage billions of secrets every month including application configuration, database credentials, certificates, and more.

We’ve raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, and our customers include Hugging Face, Lucid, and LG.

Join us on a mission to make security easier for all developers — starting with secrets management. We’re looking to hire exceptional talent to join us in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.

About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager who's excited about developer audiences, open source, and building scalable growth engines. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership across user acquisition, demand generation, and brand. You'll own growth initiatives end-to-end—experimenting across channels, measuring what works, and helping more developers and organizations discover Infisical.

You'll work closely with marketing, Developer Relations, Sales, and Engineering to:

  • Own and scale growth across organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing and other emerging channels.

  • Build campaigns and experiments that generate measurable pipeline while continuously improving conversion throughout the funnel.

  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing marketing data independently to determine campaign performance and success.

  • Help shape how Infisical is positioned in the market, building a brand that developers trust and recognize.

  • Leverage AI tooling, automation, and internal workflows to move faster and increase the impact of the marketing function.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or developer marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in an early- or growth-stage startup.

  • Broad experience across multiple acquisition channels, including organic social, paid search, paid social, email, and SEO.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions, prioritize opportunities, and forecast results.

  • High ownership with the ability to operate autonomously and execute quickly without an existing playbook.

  • Strong command of AI tools, including experience using AI agents, automation, or custom workflows to improve productivity.

  • Based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have
  • Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers in security, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tools.

  • Experience with influencer marketing.

  • Experience building brand awareness and category presence at an early-stage startup.

  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing tooling, automation platforms, attribution, or internal growth tooling including Hubspot, Salesforce and GA4.

  • Familiarity with open source or product-led growth go-to-market motions.

Team, values & benefits

Our team brings experience from companies like Databricks, AWS, Red Hat, and more. We operate primarily as a remote team, but maintain a strong presence in San Francisco, where we have an office. We also get together in person throughout the year for off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings.

At Infisical, we offer competitive compensation, including both salary and equity options. Additional benefits, such as a lunch stipend and a work setup budget, are available with more details to be found on our careers page.
