We’re looking for a Creative Growth Marketing Manager, part strategist, part maker, and all-in on finding unexpected, high-impact ways to spark demand and attention. You’ll thrive on experimentation and creativity, turning signal-based insights into bold ideas, campaigns, and content experiences that move the needle.

You’ll think like a growth hacker and create like a storyteller, dreaming up inventive activations, campaigns, content experiments, and social moments that bring our brand to life across every touchpoint: the website, email, social, and beyond. From clever product drops to viral-worthy campaigns, you’ll constantly test new ways to capture attention and drive real pipeline impact.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll bring strategy to life through creativity. You’ll report to the Head of Demand Gen and collaborate closely with brand, product, sales, and our executive team to turn insights into activations, concepts into creative campaigns, and bold ideas into measurable growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and execute bold, creative campaigns. From scroll-stopping social content and clever paid activations to integrated brand moments that make people want to engage, share, and buy from Upwind
  • Write and create. Produce compelling written content like social posts, email copy, landing pages, newsletters, campaign taglines, and creative briefs.
  • Own the production and rollout of content. Partner with design, product marketing, and demand teams to concept, brief, and launch new pieces like:interactive web content, video, social posts, email series, mini-campaigns and brand moments.
  • Turn insights into creative opportunities. Use audience signals, buying intent, pop culture and trend data to inspire new experiments, creative hooks, and unconventional activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to make ideas happen. Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to turn GTM initiatives into fresh campaigns, programs, and creative assets that drive measurable impact.
  • Inject creativity into paid media. Not by simply managing ads, but by inventing the creative angles, storylines, and concepts that make our paid campaigns stand out in the feed.
  • Keep our brand top of mind. Ensure our organic and paid storytelling feels cohesive, modern, and alive, no recycled content, no safe ideas. You’ll constantly test, learn, and iterate.
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative or growth marketing, ideally in a fast-moving B2B or startup environment where you’ve owned campaigns end-to-end: from idea to content to execution.
  • Curious and self-starting. You don’t wait for a brief, you seek insights, spot opportunities, and propose ideas that move the brand forward.
  • Strong creative and content marketing chops. You know how to turn a message into a moment, whether it’s a clever social post, a campaign hook, a landing page rewrite, or an entire content experience.
  • Hands-on execution skills. You don’t just brief ideas, you make them happen. You can write copy, manage creative production, and coordinate with designers, video editors, and channel owners to get campaigns live.
  • Fluency in growth and content tools. You’re comfortable with platforms like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and paid/social tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Bonus if you’ve dabbled with AI writing, analytics, or creative automation tools.
  • Data-informed creativity. You love testing new ideas, seeing what performs, and iterating fast. You balance gut instinct with metrics to scale what works.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional. You’re comfortable leading projects that touch many teams, content, design, sales, demand gen, product marketing, and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation. You know that growth and creativity don’t come with playbooks, you’re here to write new ones.
  • Motivated by building and impact. You want to help shape the future of modern marketing, where creative storytelling, data, and growth thinking come together to drive real business results.
