The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and success of our brand. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing promotional strategies, aiming to optimize revenue growth and market share. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills and marketing expertise to optimize promotional initiatives and drive the success of our customer referral program. 

Responsibilities

  • Referral Program Management: Drive initiatives to maximize customer referral program engagement within our existing user base and referred user acquisition.
  • Promotional Campaign Management: Develop promotional strategies, including subscription discounts, bundling and limited-time offers, to attract customers and maximize profitability, collaborating with channel managers to execute coordinated campaigns.
  • Growth Experimentation: Oversee experiments to optimize existing referral channel and promotional tactics, from ideation and planning to content creation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Strategic Planning: Create tactical briefs and user stories that translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, user flows, and technical specifications for seamless execution.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize customer and market data to identify and engage specific user segments with targeted promotional offers that drive conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, acquisition metrics and promotional ROI data to generate actionable insights and inform promotional pricing decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with various cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Lifecycle Marketing, Partnerships and Paid Media, to strategically position offers that engage users to take desired actions.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through post-promotion analysis and ROI measurement. Identify key learnings and best practices to improve future promotional initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, customer marketing and/or product marketing, ideally in SaaS/Self-Serve, with a focus on digital channel optimization.
  • Experience developing, managing, and iterating programs, and the ability to measure their effectiveness on the acquisition funnel. 
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau). 
  • Experience using a project management platform (e.g., Asana, Pivotal, Monday, or Jira).
  • Experience with a customer referral platform is a big plus (e.g. Extole). 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL) is a plus

Base Compensation Range

$100,000 - $130,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
