Position Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that grow DataSpring’s visibility, credibility, and engagement in the provider market, focused on the clinician and profile manager administrator subsegment. This role turns growth marketing strategy into targeted, audience-driven programs that create awareness, build trust, and deliver measurable business impact.

A key focus of this role is expanding DataSpring’s presence with clinician, provider, and health system audiences. The Growth Marketing Manager brings the market perspective into marketing planning, identifies where DataSpring can show up with greater relevance to clinicians and their professional profile manager administrators, and builds the programs that connect audience needs to the value DataSpring delivers across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative role that works across marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategy into execution.

The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.

Specific Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Development

  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans that raise DataSpring’s visibility in priority clinician and profile manager administration market segments.
  • Translate growth marketing strategy into audience-specific programs tied to business, brand, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Identify the segments, channels, and moments where DataSpring can create the greatest market impact by recruiting, reactivating, and sustaining engagement with clinicians, practitioners, and profile manager administrators.
  • Design programs that carry audiences from awareness through education, engagement, and action.

Audience & Market Engagement

  • Grow DataSpring’s presence with clinician, provider, health system, and other healthcare audiences that reach clinicians, practitioners and profile manager administrators.
  • Develop education and market-facing programs that make DataSpring’s value clear, relevant, and easy to act on.
  • Surface opportunities for thought leadership, partnerships, events, and webinars that build credibility in the market.
  • Establish repeatable engagement models that sustain visibility and trust over time.

Campaign Activation & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of field activations, including campaigns, education programs, digital marketing, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Coordinate workstreams across channels and keep programs on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
  • Ensure programs are fully integrated into broader growth campaigns and consistent with brand and messaging standards.
  • Build the project plans, timelines, and briefs that keep cross-functional partners aligned and accountable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product Marketing to translate DataSpring’s value proposition into messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Brand & Web on content, campaign assets, and digital experiences.
  • Align with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Analytics on targeting, engagement, and follow-up.
  • Bring market and audience insight back into planning to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and future campaigns.

Performance & Optimization

  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and success measures for every program in partnership with Growth Marketing and Analytics.
  • Report on reach, engagement, campaign influence, and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead post-program debriefs and turn findings into concrete improvements.
  • Use data, audience feedback, and market signals to continually refine channels, messaging, and investment.

Skills

  • Proven ability to turn business objectives into integrated growth marketing plans that produce measurable results.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives at once.
  • Working command of integrated marketing channels, including digital, email, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
  • Skilled at developing messaging that connects audience needs to clear business value.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building alignment across teams.
  • Curiosity to build deep knowledge of DataSpring solutions, healthcare audiences, and market dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on it.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership of timelines, dependencies, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM, webinar, or analytics platforms preferred.

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, campaign marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Experience building and executing integrated marketing programs for B2B, healthcare, or technology audiences.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Healthcare or health technology experience in the provider segment is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
