THE ROLEThrive Market is on a mission to make healthy, affordable food accessible to every American. As we enter our next phase of growth, acquisition marketing is a major focus, with paid social, playing a critical role in driving new member growth.
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help support and scale our paid social strategy for new member acquisition. This role will support and lead performance across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Meta, with responsibility in managing channel strategy, driving experimentation, and translating insights into sustained growth. The Growth Marketing Manager will have meaningful ownership over budget, creative testing, and performance outcomes, and will directly influence Thrive’s member growth trajectory.
This is a strong fit for someone who combines analytical rigor with sound marketing judgment, enjoys operating with autonomy, and is excited to build and evolve acquisition strategy at scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Member Growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat). Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads directly in-platform with proper structure, naming conventions, and tracking.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, pacing, and allocations to hit performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
- Execute on structured testing plans (creative, audience, landing page, offer, A/B split, CLS, geo-lift, BLS and more).
- Ensure a consistent volume of new creatives is launched weekly to support testing goals.
- Track creative fatigue and proactively refresh underperforming assets
- Own day-to-day trafficking of campaigns, including ad builds and QA
- Perform pre-launch and post-launch QA to ensure correct budgets, bids, and optimization events, accurate links, landing pages, and tracking parameters.
- Manage UTMs, naming conventions, and tracking consistency across all channels
- Maintain and QA product feeds for Meta, Google, and TikTok catalogs. Ensure product data accuracy (pricing, availability, titles, images). Troubleshoot feed errors, disapprovals, and syncing issues.
- Partner with merchandising/product/ Feedonomics and Marpipe teams to align feed with promotions and priorities
- Troubleshoot delivery issues (ads not spending, disapprovals, learning limitations
- Maintain clean account structure and prevent fragmentation
- Continuously improve signal quality (CAPI, event taxonomy, deduplication) to future-proof performance in a privacy-constrained ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of platform changes and proactively adapt structure, bidding, and creative to maximize learning and scale.
- Maintain campaign hygiene, documentation, and organization within ad accounts
- Support pacing, weekly channel reports, change logs, and monthly accruals
- Support a TikTok re-boot, emerging channels to scale (Reddit, AppLoving and more)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with deep expertise in paid social
- Extensive hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok, Snapchat campaigns at scale. (optional: Reddit, AppLovin)
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, including familiarity with attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and Last-Click analysis.
- Demonstrated experience leading structured creative testing programs and influencing creative direction
- Experience in subscription and/or e-commerce businesses; health, grocery, or wellness experience is a plus
- Experience in full-funnel marketing
- Strong communicator who can clearly articulate performance drivers, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated to continuously improve performance through testing and iteration
- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.

- This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
