The Growth Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage webinars, focusing on strategy, execution, and collaboration to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage StackAdapt’s webinar program. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and data-driven, responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and awareness while ensuring webinars remain a consistent source of education, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:Integrated Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns that support pipeline growth, product launches, and awareness initiatives.
- Translate audience insights and product messaging into campaign briefs, creative assets, and program plans.
- Lead campaign kickoff, alignment, and weekly project management to ensure deliverables across content, design, and digital channels are on track.
- Manage campaign content repositories and coordinate asset production (landing pages, guides, blogs, emails, ads).
- Partner with PMM, Content, and Digital teams to build full-funnel channel and content activation plans.
- Support regional campaign execution (NA, APAC, EMEA) with direction from senior leaders.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on audience targeting, lead capture, and reporting accuracy.
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis with recommendations for optimization.
- Own end-to-end webinar execution, from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion, delivery, and follow-up.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling, high-value webinar content.
- Build and execute promotional plans across email, social, website, owned and paid channels to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage webinar logistics including BigMarker setup, run-of-show, dry-runs, and live event operations.
- Analyze webinar performance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence in platform management, QA, and attendee experience.
- Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and collaborate on amplification of G2 assets across owned and paid channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure G2 insights inform campaign messaging and positioning.
- Maintain awareness of G2 performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights shared with leadership.
- Maintain profile hygiene and category strategy and coordinate content updates with the wider team.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, website engagement).
- Deliver post-campaign and post-webinar analyses with actionable insights for iteration.
- Identify blockers or performance gaps and escalate recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with channel leads (paid search, paid social, email, events) to activate campaigns.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure webinar and campaign content aligns with GTM priorities.
- Serve as campaign and webinar point-of-contact for execution alignment across teams.
- Take ownership of execution-level decisions with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and best practices for campaign and webinar execution.
- Operate as an independent project manager while escalating strategic decisions appropriately.
What You'll Bring to the Table 
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience (AdTech, SaaS, Martech preferred).
- Experience owning integrated campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing webinars or virtual events using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment.
