The Opportunity
FE International/LTV SaaS Growth are currently looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager with strong AI automation expertise to drive growth across multiple SaaS products. This role requires a hands-on operator who can think strategically, execute independently, and leverage AI-powered systems to scale marketing impact.
You will own initiatives end-to-end - from strategy and execution to measurement and optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Funnel Growth Ownership
- Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple SaaS products
- Build and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels
- Identify growth opportunities across the lifecycle
Channel Execution
- Execute SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, content optimization, and technical hygiene
- Drive AEO and LLM (GEO) optimization to improve visibility across AI-powered search and generative platforms
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Own campaign strategy, targeting, testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization
- Track, analyze, and improve performance metrics to maximize traffic, leads, and ROI
Analytics & Experimentation
- Own performance tracking (GA4, GSC, dashboards, UTMs)
- Run A/B tests and structured experiments
- Apply CRO principles to improve conversion rates
- Translate data into actionable growth insights
AI Agents & Process Automation
- Strong understanding of AI systems and how to apply them to automate business processes
- Design and build AI agents that execute multi-step workflows autonomously
- Integrate agents with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, CRMs, and marketing platforms
- Develop high-quality prompts and structured outputs for reliable performance
- Implement guardrails, testing, and monitoring to ensure scalability and accuracy
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years in SaaS marketing or performance marketing
- Strong focus on generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid ads, lifecycle/email marketing
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Experience building AI agents or marketing automations systems
- Excellent project management and async communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across product, sales, and leadership
- High ownership and ability to operate independently
