Lead Nash's demand engine across multiple verticals by building ABM and outbound plays, running integrated campaigns (paid, social, outbound), owning lifecycle and attribution, shipping GTM tooling (AI agents, automations, landing pages), and partnering tightly with Sales/ADR to convert accounts into pipeline and scale repeatable motions.

Nash is the autonomic logistics platform. Self-optimizing, self-healing AI Agents unify decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, and fulfillment networks. Set the objective, and the system runs until you hit it. We’re 1,000+ customers across 20+ countries, backed by a16z and Y Combinator.

Growth at Nash

Growth is the engine that drives Nash into every market it can serve. What makes it ours is the blend of GTM tech, AI, and Nash's brand fused into growth systems that still feel genuinely human.
We live where a technical bent meets a creative flair. No one wants another soulless email cadence. We care about better signals, smarter orchestration, and systems that help Nash show up thoughtfully.
We work mostly in Claude Code, shipping our own internal and external tooling that scales reliably, weaving in platform APIs and MCPs, and wiring up AI agents for research, personalization, and signals across every channel. You'll join a team whose experience spans Plaid, Twilio, Palantir, Uber, Samsara, and MIT, all building a brand-new category together: autonomic logistics.

The role

Nash sells across a wide, multi-industry TAM: retail, industrial, grocery, restaurants, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and field services. Your job is to build the demand engine that reaches all of it.
You’ll own the plays, demand, distribution, and lifecycle that turn a huge, varied market into pipeline, run vertical by vertical, outbound-led and account-based, plus the tooling that lets a small team punch above its weight. You’ll run it hands-on and build the motion, scaling it as Nash grows.

Plays and account strategy
- Build the target account lists and the plays that reach them: 1:1 for top accounts, 1:few by vertical or segment, 1:many at scale, in step with Sales and ADR leadership.
- Learn Nash’s verticals (retail, industrial, grocery, T&L, restaurants, healthcare, field services) so your targeting fits each one, and carry our messaging, positioning, and creative to market
- Run accounts through the motion in Nash GTM OS, the go-to-market engine we build and ship ourselves: shape the audience, prioritize, route live signals to the right play, and move accounts from cold to engaged.
- Get each target account to hear Nash across channels on a deliberate cadence, ABM and surround sound: outbound, social, and account-targeted paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and experimental channels) working together, budget owned to pipeline.

Outbound and campaign execution
- Own outbound as the spine of the motion: audience, message, sequence, and the signals behind it.
- Run integrated campaigns off launches, events, and key moments, distribute them across channels, own the automation behind them (conversion, follow-up, nurture), and turn what works into a repeatable play.
- Drive organic social distribution, and boost the content that performs to your target audiences.
- Capture and route inbound demand: form fills, landing-page enrollment, and web-visitor and MQA handoff into the right plays.
- Run lifecycle: nurture, product announcements, expansion, and re-engagement that keep accounts moving.
- Build the surfaces and flows your plays run on: AI SDR and inbound flows, landing pages, calculators, and self-serve.
- Own reporting and attribution: what’s working, what’s driving pipeline, and the next move.

Sales and ADR partnership
- Build a tight, trust-based partnership with ADR leadership and AEs on pipeline and account priorities.
- Arm AEs and ADRs with campaign context and live account signals so their outreach lands.
- Build nurture and follow-up cadences that carries the campaign’s context.
- Keep the handoff from marketing to Sales clean, with a fast feedback loop on lead and campaign quality.

What you bring
  • 6+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Proven ABM and outbound plays: you’ve built, run, scaled account-based programs and outbound motions from target list to booked pipeline.

  • Fluent across the GTM stack, from enrichment, intent, and automation to paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and the CRM underneath (Salesforce).

  • Experience working in Claude Code (or your LLM of choice) and git repos: you’re using AI to build, version, and ship your own tools in a code-backed environment

  • A builder who works with platforms and their APIs: you’ve shipped workflows and automations across a GTM stack, and you want to go further.

  • You’ve marketed complex B2B or enterprise products, and you get fluent in a new vertical fast.

  • Alignment to Nash culture: high ownership, sharp design, curiosity, candor, and a bias to build and ship fast.

How you work
  • A self-starter who operates autonomously and moves programs forward without hand-holding.

  • Deep expertise in outbound, ABM, paid, and the systems underneath, and you can tell leadership what’s working and why.

  • You build strong, proactive partnerships with ADR and Sales.

  • Analytical, and comfortable moving between campaign data and strategy conversations with senior stakeholders.

  • High energy and a get-it-done attitude, with a sense of humor and a taste for the whimsical now and then.

More about Nash

Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.

Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.

Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.

We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.

Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.
