Who We Are

  • Vivant is a managed network services company. We ensure our clients never lose revenue by eliminating internet, phone, and WiFi outages across their locations. Guaranteed.
  • We’re a $7M+ ARR, growing toward $20M by 2027, and we’re building the marketing engine that closes the gap. This role doesn’t exist yet. There’s no playbook to inherit, no campaigns to optimize. You’re building from zero — and that’s exactly the point.

The Role

This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen. If you’re the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn’t for you. If you’re the type who looks at a campaign plan and immediately starts figuring out how to execute it — welcome home, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Execute Day-to-Day

  • Email campaigns and sequences: Build, schedule, and monitor key metrics to ensure we are on target.
  • Content calendar: Own the publishing calendar across social, email, and the website.
  • Landing pages and lead magnets: build and test, track conversion rates and methodically improve conversion rates everyday.
  • Social media: LinkedIn, X, Meta, consistent posting tied to ICP targeting.
  • Campaign performance tracking: Weekly KPI dashboard updated without being asked.
  • Event coordination: Trade shows, conferences, webinars — logistics, materials, follow-up sequences.
  • Customer case studies: Identify candidates, coordinate interviews, produce written and video assets and publish publicly to be discovered.
  • Website updates: Content updates, landing page creation, SEO.
  • Graphic design: Canva or equivalent, for social, ads, one-pagers, and email assets.

Requirements
  • You’ve executed B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results to back them up.
  • You’ve built automated workflows and sequences tailored to audience interest and engagement.
  • Copywriting is one of your strengths. You can write cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts that generate engagement and drive MQLs.
  • You stay organized and manage your own deadlines and task lists without constant follow-up.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly, while still maintaining high-quality output.
  • You have basic graphic design skills and can create clean, on-brand marketing materials even if you are not a full-time designer.

What Success Looks Like

  • Week 1: All active campaigns documented, CRM cleaned up, content calendar live.
  • Week 2: Consistent content publishing cadence, email sequences running, weekly KPI report delivered to CEO every Monday.
  • Month 1: Measurable improvement in email open/click rates, social engagement trending up, at least 3 customer case studies published.

Who Should NOT Apply

  • Social media managers who haven’t worked in a B2B environment.
  • You need creative direction for every piece of content and are not a self starter.
  • You can’t show specific metrics from campaigns you’ve run.
  • Lack the creativity to think outside the box.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary + performance bonus.
  • Direct mentorship from a metrics-driven founder and a senior demand gen lead.
  • Real ownership — your work is visible and measured, not buried in a large team.
  • Clear path to growth as the marketing function scales.
