Future is seeking a Growth Lead to take ownership of our full growth funnel—from acquisition through retention—and help scale our member base in a highly impactful, hands-on capacity. This role is ideal for someone who has strategic depth but thrives in the details of execution. You’ll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Design, and Finance to plan, implement, and optimize growth strategies across paid, lifecycle, and product-led initiatives. As Growth Lead, you will play a central role in defining our growth engine and will have the opportunity to help build and shape a future growth team.
- Own Paid Growth Strategy & Execution: Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Drive efficiency and scale with a data- and ROI-driven mindset.
- Lead Lifecycle Marketing Efforts: Design and execute lifecycle programs across email, push, and SMS to convert leads, nurture engagement, and increase retention and LTV.
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG): Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to launch growth loops including onboarding optimization, referrals, trials, and upsell flows inside the app.
- Plan & Execute Growth Experiments: Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, signup flows, messaging, and offer strategy. Use results to continuously improve funnel performance.
- Manage Growth Partners: Coordinate with external agency partners and affiliate channels to maximize their impact, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and performance standards.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Finance to align on growth initiatives, forecast marketing investments, and measure business impact.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use data and experimentation to uncover opportunities, inform decision-making, and report on growth performance to leadership and stakeholders.
- 6–8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a DTC or subscription-based business
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple paid channels and lifecycle platforms (Meta, Google, Iterable, etc.)
- Deep understanding of key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion
- Demonstrated experience partnering with product teams on PLG and in-app growth initiatives
- Exceptional testing mindset with a strong ability to analyze results and iterate quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Passion for fitness, health, or wellness is a big plus
- Experience scaling paid budgets past $1M+/month
- Exposure to influencer or affiliate marketing channels
- Experience building out early growth teams or leading junior team members
- Prior startup or high-growth environment experience
- Salary range: $140,000-175,000 / year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
