- Design and implement technical growth experiments across our acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Build and maintain event tracking systems to capture and analyze user interactions within our platform.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and implement technical solutions.
- Move quickly to validate or invalidate hypotheses with minimal viable implementations.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, product, or full-stack development.
- Experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend development practices.
- Proficiency in backend development with Go and RESTful API design.
- Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
