About the RoleAs a Growth Associate, you’ll play a foundational role in supporting experimentation programs for our clients. You’ll work alongside Growth Strategists and Program Managers to help design, implement, and analyze experiments that improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
This is an entry-level client-facing role where you’ll contribute to strategy execution, develop well-structured hypotheses, and learn how to connect testing outcomes to broader business goals. You’ll gain exposure to diverse client industries, build your analytical toolkit, and develop into a trusted partner who can clearly communicate insights and value.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic experimentation programs across a portfolio of clients.
Help craft well-structured, data-informed hypotheses and prioritize testing ideas.
Partner with Growth Strategists and Program Managers to ensure tests are properly set up and documented.
Pull and analyze performance metrics from web analytics and experimentation platforms.
Translate experiment outcomes into actionable insights with Growth Strategist support.
Contribute to client calls, supporting agenda items and presenting smaller sections with guidance.
Assist in developing Quarterly Strategic Templates (QSTs) by gathering key data and supporting narrative building.
Participate in onboarding of new clients by documenting goals and supporting internal setup.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
Contribute to internal initiatives, research, and case study development.
Foundational understanding of experimentation philosophies across ecommerce, nonprofit, and lead gen.
Proficient with A/B testing and web analytics tools; comfortable pulling and interpreting basic metrics.
Clear articulation of hypothesis-driven thinking and an ability to spot on-site opportunities.
Curiosity about multi-channel marketing (email, paid media, lifecycle) and how it integrates with experimentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple accounts and projects.
Business curiosity with a drive to connect data, experimentation, and client growth objectives.
Professional communication skills and eagerness to build client rapport.
