OverviewNeoReach is seeking a Growth & Analytics Lead to own the engine that turns attention, data, and credibility into revenue. This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and strategy, with end-to-end ownership across acquisition, lifecycle, attribution, and industry intelligence.This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who wants to make the creator economy measurable, provable, and scalable — and then use those insights to directly drive pipeline, product adoption, and monetization across NeoReach’s platforms.Responsibilities
Requirements
- Own paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Search
- Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise brand leads
- Design and optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle flows from first touch through sales handoff
- Drive creator product waitlist growth, activation, and monetization
- Own subscription and creator revenue conversion funnels
- Build and manage lifecycle email programs for brands and creators
- Deliver attribution and ROI reporting tied directly to pipeline and revenue
- Design, deploy, and analyze creator and brand surveys
- Develop benchmarks, ongoing industry metrics, and a recurring Creator Economy Index
- Lead large-scale industry reports and data-driven infographics
- Build dashboards across pipeline, product adoption, creator revenue, and press impact
- Translate insights into PR angles, content direction, sales enablement, and executive reporting
- Launch at least one scalable paid acquisition or ABM program tied to pipeline generation
- Implement or refine end-to-end attribution across paid, lifecycle, and sales touchpoints
- Ship at least one live dashboard used by Sales and Leadership for decision-making
- Design and launch one creator or brand survey to fuel benchmarks or reporting
- Define the roadmap for the Creator Economy Index and first industry report
- Establish clear growth, conversion, and revenue benchmarks across creator and brand funnels
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, analytics, RevOps, or a related function
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media and funnel optimization
- Comfortable owning CRM, lifecycle, and attribution (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience running surveys, analyzing data, and telling compelling stories with insights
- Ability to translate data into messaging, content angles, and PR hooks
- Builder mindset with comfort operating lean, fast, and autonomously
