Wonderly is an end-to-end verticalized AI-native OS for home services businesses. We own the entire system of record, all business applications (we replace ServiceTitan, House Call Pro, RingCentral, Squarespace, Docusign, Square, and a dozen other applications), and dozens of AI agents ourselves embedded natively inside our business applications, with native data read & write access to our system of record. As a result, we can deploy dozens of production-ready AI Agents to our customers in under 30 minutes with no FDEs, no integrations, and no data cleaning work.
Wonderly has the most result-driven business model, because we’ve proven our system and AI Agents work. We are not trying to sell our customers a dream - we deliver real revenue and profit to our customers. All of our software and AI Agents are free - we charge a % of revenue we deliver for our customers. Each of our 10+ core AI Agents help improve their revenue by 5-20%. This is the ultimate outcome-based pricing, only possible when you own the entire end-to-end system and all the agents yourself.
Wonderly already has PMF and has gone from 0 → 1 (we are happy to share more over a call), with very clear moat and deep industry knowledge that took a team of 70 hardcore A-players 18 months of stealth to build. We believe Wonderly has the potential to be a $100B - $1T outcome. The market is massive: home service businesses across North America (a $2T market). We’ve raised over $50M from top-tier investors, have $20M a year in free cashflow from another product line (Motion) - all that $ gets pumped into Wonderly.
About The Hiring Manager👋 I’m Ethan, Wonderly’s Co-Founder and COO, and I currently lead go-to-market for Wonderly and for the home services businesses we serve. My job sits at the intersection of growth, product, engineering, data, and operations: I work on the systems that help our customers acquire homeowners, turn those leads into booked jobs, and ultimately drive revenue.
I’ve spent my career building and operating high-performing teams and systems. Before Wonderly, I was a management consultant, software engineer, and quantitative trader. At Motion, the productivity software company I co-founded before Wonderly, I wrote product code, built the data stack and ad-buying engine that scaled to 100k+ paying users, and hired and developed many of the successful people on our team.
I care deeply about doing excellent work, moving quickly, and being honest about what the data says. I’m tough but supportive and fair: I’ll hold you to a high standard, give you direct feedback, and make sure you have the context and support to succeed. I expect people to take real ownership, and I invest heavily in helping ambitious people become even stronger.
Read this firstThis is not a comfortable job. I am looking for someone who wants to win, make the most of themselves, and prove what they are capable of. If you want to join a team that is serious about winning, keep reading.
About The RoleI’m looking for a GTM Operations & Product Lead to develop the next several major acquisition channels for the home services businesses we serve. We’ve built an extremely sophisticated operating system around our current channels channel: we run a strong experimentation, generation, machine learning, quality control, and scaling loop, and we can optimize not just for cheap leads but all the way through the funnel to closed-won revenue.
I’m hiring now because there are many more channels we should be pursuing, including YouTube and Shorts, TikTok, Google Ads, physical mail, and channels we haven’t discovered yet, but I do not have the bandwidth to go deep on all of them. You’ll take a new channel from zero to one yourself: understand the opportunity, make the creative, buy the ads, build whatever tracking and tooling is needed, debug the funnel, and prove that the channel can work.
You’ll report directly to me. This is not a regular GTM or agency marketing role where you manage a budget, hand work to agencies, or optimize one ad account. It is also a product and engineering role: once you find something that works, you’ll figure out how to make it repeatable across many Wonderly customer accounts, with the right creative systems, data, quality controls, and operating processes. It also needs to be automated: at our scale, we need to launch an acquisition channel for each customer in less than 30 minutes. We are building a distributed system for customer acquisition.
The upside is that you will have a real chance to build and own a channel that becomes a multimillion-dollar growth engine, and lead the people and systems behind it. You will see your work translate directly into homeowners served, jobs won, and revenue created. If you really want to win, join this team. We are building something enormous, and the people who make these channels work will have an outsized impact on the company.
What You'll OwnFind and build new paid channels for acquiring high-quality homeowner leads
Take a channel from zero to one by forming the thesis, making the creative, buying ads, building software, and iterating toward a repeatable growth loop
Build creative, experimentation, data, and quality-control systems that work across many customer accounts
Run and improve our current acquisition channels, with the potential to take it over end to end
Analyze performance from CPM and CPL through lead quality, downstream conversion, and closed-won revenue, then fix the highest-leverage bottleneck
Work with our website builder, intake form, lead-scoring, data, and engineering systems, then manage the operations people and engineers needed to scale channels that work
You are a hard worker who is extremely scrappy and resourceful. When something is blocked, you find a way through it
You can execute across a growth problem: buying ads, making creative, building software tools with AI, launching landing pages, and getting the details right
You are quantitatively strong and can diagnose performance data, with good intuition for CPM, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC, payback, and downstream revenue
You have hands-on experience buying ads or operating a growth loop on at least one meaningful channel, and you understand that a cheap lead is not necessarily a valuable customer
You have an engineering or quantitative background and are comfortable with APIs, analytics tools, SQL, and data pipelines
You learn quickly, write clearly, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete experiments, decisions, or operating processes
People from these backgrounds tend to do well:
Founders or early employees who have built a growth function, product, or operating system from scratch
Paid acquisition or growth operators who have personally managed campaigns, creative, budgets, and outcomes
Quantitative traders who have scaled a trading strategy or found a durable edge
Growth engineers, quantitative analysts, or technical operators who enjoy turning messy data and experiments into repeatable systems
Backgrounds we care less about:
Agency roles where success meant managing client relationships or delivering recommendations rather than owning outcomes
Big-company marketing roles where the playbook, tooling, and channel were already established
Roles focused only on platform metrics, without visibility into lead quality, revenue, or closed-won outcomes
What matters more than the resume:
You think clearly from first principles and can form a strong point of view quickly
You can handle a lot of feedback without becoming defensive, and you embrace learning and growth
You are excited to be held to the highest standard you have experienced at a company
You take ownership when things break and stay focused on the outcome
70 hour weeks. You will spend at least 3 months of your first 6 months working closely with me in Chicago so you can operate with confidence
You will operate autonomously, make decisions with incomplete information, and own the result. New channels have no team, playbook, tooling, or data, so you will build the first version
You will be accountable for qualified homeowner demand and closed-won outcomes, not surface-level ad metrics
$275,000-$600,000 TC (base + equity + bonus)
