As a senior member of the Provider Solutions Product Management team, you will shape the future of Somnoware’s Diagnostics platform—a device-agnostic ecosystem that enables sleep labs to manage studies, streamline scoring, and deliver results with greater efficiency and accuracy. You will lead the roadmap for core provider-facing workflows and manage a team of Product Managers who ensure the platform reliably supports a wide range of diagnostic devices and clinical use cases. You will partner closely with engineering, UX, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that improve operational throughput and strengthen clinical outcomes.
This role is highly collaborative and focused on portfolio-level product leadership, people development, and cross-functional execution. The Head of Product owns top-level organizational strategy and senior leadership responsibilities; as Group PM, you will focus on driving product direction, managing PMs, and ensuring Somnoware Diagnostics meets its goals.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with the head of product on strategy and roadmap for Somnoware Diagnostics core workflows. Define success metrics and ensure PMs deliver measurable impact.
- People Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop 2–4 Product Managers. Set clear expectations for high-quality opportunity exploration, discovery, and requirement definition. Ensure PMs do user research, solution validation, and proactive communication with stakeholders. Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Customer & Market Insight: Consolidate customer and commercial input to identify product and cross-portfolio opportunities. Validate hypotheses through structured discovery and in-market learning that is supported by subjective and objective evidence.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication: Ensure roadmaps are sequenced, dependencies resolved, and cross-team collaboration is strong across engineering, UX, QA, clinical, regulatory, and integration teams. Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders. Build credibility through consistent delivery and clear, data-driven rationale.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in product management in SaaS or digital health; experience in diagnostics, interoperability, clinical workflows, or regulated healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Proven people manager with experience leading and developing PMs (2–4 direct reports).
- Strong background in defining roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Must be based in US Pacific Time (PT); San Diego strongly preferred.
