Group Product Manager, Financial Services and Compliance

What you can expect

As a Group Product Manager for Financial Services & Compliance, you will lead strategy and execution for Zoom’s product offerings tailored to the financial services industry—ensuring not only customer-centric innovation but also adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR, data retention, archiving). You will maintain compliance across Zoom Workplace and Business Services offerings.

About the team

The Zoom Industry verticals product team is on a mission to provide AI first solutions tailored to industry and departmental use cases that drive business outcomes for our customers. We work side by side with world-class designers, engineers, product leaders, and GTM teams who are passionate about shaping the future of AI first communication and collaboration. 

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy for enterprise-grade admin controls, data security, data governance & communication compliance features across Zoom Workplace and Business Services offerings.

• Drive development of compliance tooling (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery, information barrier, legal holds).

• Engage with the Enterprise and Financial Services customers to understand their data, security and compliance needs - and convert those requirements into scalable product solutions with delightful user experiences.

• Address administrative and compliance needs for Zoom AI Companion.

• Define and monitor success metrics and product KPIs tied to enterprise customer adoption.

• Analyze competitive offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.

• Collaborate with Compliance partners and provide integrated solution to joint customers.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.

• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS or UCaaS platform - especially in admin tooling and security products.

• Strong technical aptitude; comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture, APIs, data flows, and platform understanding.

• Experience working with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders including VP/C-level audiences at Fortune 1000 companies.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to represent the voice of the customer internally and externally.

• Familiarity with MSFT Purview is highly desirable.

• Experience working with Financial Services companies is a plus.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
