Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end data flow and reporting programs with minimal guidance, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and multiple internal/external stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire team members of all levels, including Global Capability Center (GCC) teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of data flow through systems, including APIs, databases, and BI tools.
    • Strong experience in data visualization; Tableau preferred.
    • BI tool expertise (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.); Tableau Prep preferred.
    • Database experience (Snowflake preferred).
  • Campaign Naming Conventions: Ability to define, structure, and enforce campaign naming conventions across platforms and datasets for consistency in reporting and analysis.
  • Data Integration: Experience prepping and integrating outside datasets, including first-party data and non-standard digital inputs, into reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Data Quality & Anomaly Detection: Establish processes for ensuring data accuracy, validating inputs, and detecting anomalies in data pipelines and reports.
  • Business-to-Technical Translation: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and data teams.
  • Media Platform Knowledge:
    • Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.
    • Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.
    • Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.
  • Additional Qualities:
    • Proven track record in building scalable data solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight timelines.
    • Ability to set vision, define strategy, and drive innovation within data and reporting functions.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
