- Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train and enhance AI models.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on visual outputs and system performance.
- Document design processes, patterns, and style guides for use in AI training and system improvement.
- Translate complex design concepts into actionable data and training materials for machine learning applications.
- Evaluate and test AI-generated content, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging design practices and tools into AI workflows.
- Communicate effectively, sharing nuanced feedback through both written and verbal channels with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes.
- Experience using industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Comfort working remotely, independently, and as part of a distributed team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve design-related AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams.
- Background in data annotation, content moderation, or training AI-based products.
- Familiarity with version control systems and agile project management workflows.
