About the role
AgelessRx's Graphic Designer will play a key role in the Marketing Team vertical by contributing to the visual designs that align with overall branding and increase engagement across all digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will also play a role in improving the user experience by shaping how we communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner using engaging visuals, data-driven infographics, and other personalized and visually impactful content to increase conversion rates. In addition, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for working closely with Marketing leadership in experimenting with different creative formats to track successful content and adjust content as necessary to nurture current customers and attract new audiences.


The ideal candidate will bring a passion for visual storytelling, a proven and successful track record in creating and optimizing ad creatives for various platforms, and a continuous improvement mindset.


What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce eye-catching graphics across platforms including landing pages, blog imagery, social media, infographics, CRM, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns that align with company goals and branding. 
  • Utilize AI to create photo realistic product renderings, ads, and deliverables that would result in efficient paid media spend.
  • Enhance the user experience and conversion rates by creating engaging visuals, infographics, and illustrations for blog posts, articles, and landing pages. 
  • Boost customer engagement and retention with captivating imagery for email marketing campaigns and personalized content for LCM. 
  • Optimize infographics and visual assets for web use, ensuring consistency across WordPress websites and marketing materials.
  • Present complex information in an easily digestible manner to key stakeholders through data visualization techniques. 
  • Maintain fresh and engaging content by experimenting with different formats and styles, tracking success metrics for creative to duplicate and scale across platforms.
  • Work closely with Senior Director of Growth, Director of Brand & Communications and Senior Brand Designer to create ad creatives on an ongoing basis to identify high-performing visuals and adjust as needed.
  • Create animated GIFs, dynamic videos, and other short-form visual content that can be used across digital platforms, and update and maintain a library of reusable visual assets.  
  • Stay up to date on current design trends to innovate in visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams made up of internal and external personnel to ensure visual content aligns with overall brand strategy.  

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in graphic design, specifically in marketing design
  • Experience in Digital Health Space 
  • Proficient in using visualization tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Experience with design and animation software such as Figma or other similar tools
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS to design landing pages
  • Proven and successful track record in creating and optimizing ad creatives for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). 
  • Innovative content creation mindset
  • Strong Portfolio showcasing a range of marketing specific design work, including ad creatives, infographics, and animated content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient at leveraging AI tools to create product and lifestyle imagery
