The Job:
You’ll be part of our in-house ad agency—also known as the “Studio Team.” The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take initiative and manage time effectively, while collaborating with project/resource managers, art directors, and copywriters to achieve the best possible results. Seeking a multi-skilled individual that is adept at designing compelling layouts using brand guidelines while incorporating typography, iconography and imagery. To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Exceptional design skills and a portfolio that showcases a range of design capabilities, particularly in presentation design using Microsoft powerpoint along with the Adobe suite.
- Conceptual thinking with the ability to propose ways to visualize thoughts and ideas using infographics and other design elements
- Nimble and quick you know your tools and you’re able to quickly mock up a spec visual in photoshop, reverse out a logo, or create new master slide templates
- Expertise at interpretating brand style guides—considering overall look, feel, tone, and applying the creative parameters necessary for consistent design execution.
- Attention to detail in your work and excellent time management skills.
- Superb file management and an obsession with clean and well-organized design files. (Your layers are always named and always in proper order.)
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively, manage expectations, incorporate feedback, and problem-solve proactively.
- Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing, with the ability to understand and communicate context clearly and effectively.
The Person:
You love to learn, grow, and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have:
- A 4-year degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of work experience with an in-house creative team or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent English in conversation and in writing.
- A portfolio featuring relevant work experience and examples (required).
- Workfront experience for managing and tracking tasks (a plus).
- Familiarity with AI automation techniques to implement into workflow (a highly desirable plus).
