Position Summary

ServiceTitan, the leading cloud-based software platform for the trades, is seeking a talented and innovative Contract Graphic Designer to join our in-house team for a fixed-term. As we continue to revolutionize the field services industry, we're looking for a creative visionary to help shape our visual identity and engage our audience across various platforms.

How you'll create impact:

As a Graphic Designer at ServiceTitan, you'll play a crucial role in translating our mission of empowering trade professionals into compelling visual narratives. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create impactful designs that resonate with our target audience of service contractors across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including social media, marketing materials, paid ads, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create designs that align with ServiceTitan's brand identity and business goals

  • Conceptualize and execute original content, making informed decisions on color, typography, imagery, and layout

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final deliverable, while meeting deadlines

  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the SaaS and field service industries to continually innovate our visual approach

  • Opportunity to influence visual storytelling across ServiceTitan's brand ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving abilities
