We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to develop visual content that communicates our brand, products, services, and messaging effectively. The Graphic Designer will create digital and print materials across multiple platforms while maintaining consistent brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print materials.
  • Create graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, reports, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across marketing and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements.
  • Translate ideas, concepts, and written content into effective visual designs.
  • Create and edit images, illustrations, layouts, icons, and other graphic elements.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital publication and print production.
  • Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
  • Review designs for accuracy, quality, consistency, spelling, and proper formatting.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from managers, clients, and team members.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, images, and other digital assets.
  • Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Work with printers, vendors, photographers, developers, and other external partners when needed.
  • Support photo editing, basic video graphics, presentations, and other creative projects as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency with graphic design and editing software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to accept feedback and make revisions effectively.
  • Strong organizational and file-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.
  • Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video-editing software is a plus.
  • Photography, illustration, or branding experience is a plus.
  • Experience preparing files for professional printing.

Compensation & Benefits
