At Blueprint, you’ll work alongside talented people with different experiences, expertise, and perspectives. You’ll have opportunities to take on meaningful challenges, expand your skills, and see the impact of what you build.

Bring your perspective. Raise the standard. Build what matters.

About the Role

You will join a high-visibility creative team responsible for developing compelling visual content that brings a global technology brand, its innovation, and its major initiatives to life across social channels and events. Your work will be primarily focused on creating fresh, engaging social content while also supporting major campaigns with production design across digital and physical formats. You will balance independent creative ownership with the ability to execute an established creative vision, moving between concept development and high-volume production while maintaining visual consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and quality.

You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of creative projects, including social assets, event graphics, banners, signage, presentation decks, swag, and other branded experiences. The role is well suited for a designer who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can translate complex technology and ideas into clear, visually compelling experiences for broad audiences.

What You'll Do

Social Design
  • Create engaging social media assets that keep digital channels fresh, active, visually compelling, and aligned with established brand guidelines.
  • Develop strong creative concepts and visual solutions while maintaining consistency with the broader brand identity.
  • Translate complex, technical, and innovation-focused concepts into clear and compelling visuals that are accessible to broad audiences.
  • Manage your own design queue and priorities while working independently against a content calendar.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, team meetings, and focused design work to deliver new social content.
  • Review completed assets carefully for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, layout, and overall visual quality.
  • Create accessible and globally appropriate assets that can be used across diverse audiences and markets.
Campaign & Production Design
  • Support major campaigns by working from established creative direction, design books, brand guidelines, and stakeholder asset lists.
  • Produce a high volume of polished creative assets while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Design across both digital and physical formats, including social posts, banners, event graphics, space signage, presentation decks, swag, and related branded materials.
  • Adapt and extend established visual systems across multiple deliverables while maintaining campaign and brand integrity.
  • Partner with creative and cross-functional stakeholders to execute assets efficiently during high-volume campaign periods.
  • Prepare design files to support animation and motion production when required.
  • Transition effectively between independently owned social design work and directed production work during major campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • 2–3+ years of experience designing for social media and digital channels.
  • 2–3+ years of experience with event or production design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, including layout, typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated experience creating social and brand design that reflects strong creative thinking within an established visual identity.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex or technical concepts through clear, engaging visual design.
  • Ability to independently manage creative projects while also taking direction from an Art Director or established creative system.
  • Proven ability to produce a high volume of assets while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail, including copy accuracy, spelling, grammar, and final-file quality.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong social and brand design work is required.
  • Portfolio should demonstrate distinctive, bold, attention-grabbing creative work rather than primarily conventional corporate materials such as basic signage, flyers, or informational collateral.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for motion or preparing assets for animation.
  • Ability to add simple motion or perform light video finishing when appropriate; this role is not primarily an animation or video-editing position.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Passion for social media, digital content, and emerging creative trends.
  • Experience designing for large-scale events, campaigns, or integrated brand experiences.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines while still bringing original creative ideas and personality to individual assets.
  • Experience collaborating with Art Directors, motion designers, video specialists, copywriters, marketers, and other creative disciplines.
