What this job involves: As a Graphic Designer supporting our Commercial Real Estate team, you'll be the creative force behind compelling marketing materials that help close deals and drive business growth. This role combines your design expertise with the fast-paced world of commercial real estate, where you'll create everything from extensive offering memorandums to dynamic marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with deal teams to translate complex real estate concepts into visually stunning presentations that resonate with clients and prospects, directly contributing to JLL's market-leading position in the industry.

What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Design and assemble comprehensive multi-page offering memorandums (30+ pages) featuring photography, aerials, floor plans, maps and financial data with meticulous attention to layout consistency and branding
  • Collaborate with deal teams to transform verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations and presentations that support business development efforts
  • Manage multiple complex design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Create dynamic email campaigns and digital marketing materials that align with JLL branding standards while meeting client and team preferences
  • Research and implement current design trends and software innovations to keep JLL's marketing materials cutting-edge and competitive
  • Provide design consultation and guidance to team members, taking initiative to support colleagues when additional help is needed
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to meet specific client requirements and deal team preferences

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to design within established branding guidelines and maintain consistency across large-format publications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Earth Pro
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to use tact and diplomacy in professional interactions
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities with proven capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Professional experience creating multi-page publications and marketing collateral in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Design-related certifications or continuing education credentials
  • Previous experience or knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and terminology
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator beyond basic proficiency
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and digital campaign creation
  • Familiarity with photography and aerial imagery integration in design layouts
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and provide design guidance
