Team Venti is one of the leading Microsoft cloud partners in the Americas, and we have graphic design internship opportunities for students interested in building work experience and planting the first seeds of a great career. We are located in Austin Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings. This is a virtual/remote position to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Creative Content Production
- Design PDFs, one-pagers, and other downloadable content pieces.
- Create engaging visual content for social media channels across platforms.
- Design graphics to support website pages, landing pages, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative visual concepts for campaigns.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing use.
- Assist in producing video content for campaigns, product features, and promotional material.
Brand & Design Consistency
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative deliverables.
- Maintain organized design files and assets.
- Incorporate feedback from the marketing team to refine and improve designs.
Collaboration & Ideation
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand creative briefs and project goals.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content formats.
Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- College student or graduate with a relevant area of study (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or similar)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut
- Familiarity with Canva
- Willingness to learn
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Self-organized and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to complete tasks successfully and on time
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
- Experience designing for social media platforms
- Basic understanding of website/UI design principles
- Previous internship or project experience in a design role

- College degree already attained or students graduating within the next 12 months
