We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Graphic and Motion Designer to join our LATAM Brand Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance our brand’s visual storytelling while making a significant impact in the travel industry. In this role, you will: 

Brand Development:

  • Own and evolve KAYAK's visual identity in the LATAM market, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop innovative design concepts for diverse marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling assets, including graphics for landing pages, social media, paid advertisements, newsletters, and videos.
  • Source authentic and exciting imagery that reflects our brand’s values across various platforms.
  • Collaborate on marketing brainstorms focused on growing our brand presence across the LATAM region.

Motion Design:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos and animated assets using templates and original content.
  • Revise, format, and resize assets to ensure optimal performance across multiple platforms.
  • Use design software to create captivating light animations that elevate asset performance.

Please apply if:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in graphic and motion design for a consumer brand or agency.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of digital design standard methodologies across various channels.
  • Leadership: Ability to independently lead design concepts and deliver quality work with quick turnaround times.
  • Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and applying feedback.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • AI Experience: Familiarity or experience with AI tools in design is a plus.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Miami, Florida located role is $65,000 - $75,000.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
