Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-end brochures, fliers, graphics, presentations, and digital ads while supporting our National Production team with video editing and animation to aid our marketing and advertising initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-end brochures, fliers, graphics, presentations, and digital ads while supporting our National Production team with video editing and animation to aid our marketing and advertising initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing high-quality brochures, fliers, graphics, and presentations that reflect and showcase a keen understanding of the industry and resonate with our target audience.
- Conducting video editing and animation work to produce high-quality promotional videos and animations for various platforms.
- Crafting visually appealing PowerPoint presentation slides and presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Creating static image ads in various sizes (Leaderboard, Medium Rectangle, Skyscraper, Square, Large Rectangle, Mobile Banner) using formats such as JPG and PNG.
- Developing engaging animated GIF ads for multiple platforms and sizes that partner with our video campaign packages.
- Designing HTML5 ads with interactive elements to enhance user engagement across different dimensions and formats, ensuring all assets are packaged appropriately in ZIP files.
- Collaborating closely with national and local sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling design solutions that drive results.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and video production to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our creative work.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic & Motion Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, video editor, or creative professional, preferably in a media, advertising, or broadcasting environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant design and video editing tools (Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various media, with a focus on marketing and advertising materials, video editing, and animation.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques, and storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3, animation software (e.g., After Effects), and digital advertising platforms.
- A demo of work is required.
