With 3+ years of experience in grant-making, community management, or related fields, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You want to be instrumental in shaping the future of Plume by identifying and supporting innovative projects that align with its core values.
🪶 Overall ResponsibilitiesOversee the operations of the grants committee and distribution of grants
Ensure the grants program meets the strategic needs of the Plume Foundation
Effectively manage stakeholders for the evaluation, approval, and management of grnats
Perform interviews with grant applicants
Monitor progress towards milestones, prepare regular reports to communicate grant decisions at the end of the grants cycle
Develop a framework and evaluate ROI of each grant, including following up on milestone completion
Assist teams on post grant support including providing marketing support, connecting teams with the best infrastructure providers, supporting the search for advisors, and other ad-hoc support
Passionate about web3, crypto, and RWAs
An understanding of what tooling, interfaces, community building, and marketing will be beneficial to the Plume network
Program management experience
Strong attention to detail, highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well connected within the blockchain ecosystem
3+ years experience in grant-making, community management, project or product management, consulting, engineering, or corporate development
