You will win and manage high-value accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and position ABC Imaging as the premier partner for immersive, color-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, needs discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

-Present compelling color-centric value propositions, demonstrating how our wide-format capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes (brand impact, foot traffic, conversions, cost per impression).

-Lead pre-sales engagements: gather requirements, recommend substrates, print processes, finishes, and coatings; collaborate with production to ensure feasibility and optimal profitability.

-Own forecast accuracy and weekly activity tracking; maintain robust CRM hygiene (calls, meetings, proposals, won/lost reasons).

-Build and nurture strategic partnerships with agencies, architects, designers, and brand managers; participate in industry events, tradeshows, and client executive briefings.

-Mentor junior sales teammates and contribute to the evolving grand-format color solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

-Deep experience in the A/E/C industry is highly preferred; familiarity with architectural/site branding projects a strong asset.

-Solid knowledge of wide-format color graphics printing, substrates, finishing, and installation considerations.

-Demonstrated ability in cold-calling, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.

-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; compelling presentation and storytelling ability.

-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a data-driven approach.

-Proficiency with computers and common business software; familiarity with design and printing workflows is a plus.

-Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong networking skills and professional presence.

-Experience prospecting via telephone and other media to secure in-person appointments.

-Prior sales or management experience in wide-format color graphics or related services is highly desirable.

-Experience tracking activity and metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
