Looking for a finance role where learning is encouraged, questions are welcome, and the numbers tell a story? The Finance & Controlling Graduate role will support operations planning, reporting, and analysis for Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). This program provides hands-on exposure to financial planning and controlling processes that support operational decision-making and financial transparency for leadership. The Grad will work closely with the Controlling & Finance team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to assist in the analysis of goods destroyed, warehouse, inventory, and operating costs. This role is designed to develop financial acumen, analytical skills, and practical experience with enterprise financial systems.

Job Description

PLANNING, REPORTING, AND ANALYSIS

Learn how monthly operational reporting works by assisting the Finance & Controlling team with data preparation and basic comparisons to Prior Year, Business Plan, and Forecasts

Support forecasting activities by helping gather data and update models for inventory, fleet, facilities, operational and capital expenditures

Participate in monthly review cycles by helping prepare data, reports, and presentation materials related to Cost to Serve and Inventory/Goods Destroyed (i.e. product that is either damaged/expired)

Develop analytical skills by learning how the team reviews operational performance trends and supports cost efficiency and process improvement discussions

Assist with ad-hoc analysis projects related to inventory, uniforms, fleet, and facilities, with clear guidance and mentorship from team members

 

FINANCIAL SYSTEM USAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Gain hands-on exposure to financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, BI platforms, and Tableau through guided tasks and training

Support Operations month-end close activities by assisting with inventory reporting and basic reconciliations

Build Excel and reporting skills by helping create and update dashboards, standard reports, and simple ad-hoc analyses

Collaborate and learn from cross-functional partners to support planning and reporting timelines throughout the financial calendar

Develop foundational system skills by assisting with data entry, validation, and basic maintenance in systems such as SAP, BI, Snowflake, and Hyperion

Learn about robotic process automation tools (RPAs) and help support improvements to reporting and data workflows

 

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Gain practical experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis

Develop proficiency in enterprise financial systems and business intelligence tools

Strengthen analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills

Build professional communication skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams

Learn how finance partners with operations to drive business performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)

Relevant work/internship experience in Accounting or Finance is a plus

Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

Proven excellence in academic pursuits

A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Additional Information

The salary for this position is $73,000.
