  • Serve as the trusted Google Workspace product expert, spokesperson, and adoption champion, maintaining deep knowledge of capabilities, workflows, integrations, migration considerations, recommended usage, and business value.

  • Gather and analyze business and user needs, collaboration practices, readiness data, and feedback to identify barriers and translate insights into requirements, adoption recommendations, and improvements.

  • Partner with engineering, design, support, Google and other SaaS providers, Change Management, Enablement, and business stakeholders to align product goals, migration priorities, rollout plans, and business-unit readiness.

  • Build and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and enablement sessions on Google Workspace products, use cases, and business value for enterprise-wide audiences and specific business units.

  • Support migration readiness, go-to-market, launch, and rollout activities by aligning business requirements, stakeholder expectations, training and communications, recommended usage patterns, and enterprise priorities.

  • Communicate product updates, migration progress, roadmap direction, adoption priorities, and enhancement plans, tailoring messages to leaders, partners, business-unit representatives, and impacted user groups.

  • Create a continuous feedback loop with users and business units to inform backlog priorities, product enhancements, process and usage improvements, and future decisions that increase adoption and business value.

  • Define and monitor success measures such as OKRs, KPIs, migration and adoption signals, stakeholder feedback, enablement reach, and usage trends, while leading cross-functional efforts with strong ownership and follow-through.

Core Qualities and Capabilities
  • Product management fundamentals, including requirements, backlog inputs, prioritization, adoption planning, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Ability to quickly become a trusted Google Workspace product expert and adoption champion.

  • Strong understanding of business needs, collaboration practices, and how Google Workspace supports enterprise transformation.

  • Clear, effective communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to tailor messaging, examples, and delivery to different business units, roles, and levels of technical familiarity.

  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to connect product strategy, change impacts, and day-to-day user needs to practical adoption guidance.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, SaaS solutions, enterprise technology, workplace transformation, adoption, enablement, or related fields.

  • Experience gathering business and user needs and translating them into user stories, use cases, requirements, and product recommendations.

  • Experience contributing to roadmaps, backlog priorities, feature planning, or enhancement decisions with engineering and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to present product capabilities, demonstrations, migration impacts, and business value to large, varied audiences.

  • Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendors, design, support, and engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration tools, productivity platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise technology practices.

  • Experience supporting large-scale workplace transformation and driving adoption in an enterprise environment.

  • Dynamic, engaging presentation style with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business users.

What will give you competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree preferred; technical discipline a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or comparable enterprise SaaS launches, migrations, or adoption programs.

  • Experience tracking to KPIs, adoption metrics, or product performance indicators.
