Position Overview
As our Google Ad Grants Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding the reach of Solution Community's mission through strategic management of our Google Ad Grants account. Leveraging up to $10,000 per month in Google Search advertising, you will help connect volunteers, nonprofit partners, donors, philanthropists, and changemakers with our global community and initiatives.
What Will You Do?
Manage Google Ad Grants Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize search campaigns utilizing our $10,000/month Google Ad Grants budget.
Increase Mission Visibility: Develop keyword strategies and compelling ad copy that drive awareness, engagement, volunteer recruitment, nonprofit partnerships, and donor interest.
Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign metrics including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and quality scores to maximize impact and maintain grant compliance.
Ensure Grant Compliance: Maintain adherence to Google Ad Grants policies and best practices to keep the account active and performing effectively.
Conduct Keyword Research: Identify high-impact search opportunities that align with our mission, programs, and global initiatives.
Analyze and Report Results: Track performance and provide recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and organizational reach.
Who Are We Looking For?

Google Ads Enthusiasts: Experience with Google Ads or Google Ad Grants is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated learners who are eager to develop expertise.
Analytical Thinkers: You enjoy interpreting data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
Detail-Oriented Contributors: You understand the importance of compliance, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Strong Communicators: You can work effectively with diverse, multicultural teams and translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related digital marketing tools.
Experience managing or supporting nonprofit Google Ad Grants accounts is a plus.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, landing page optimization, or conversion tracking is beneficial.
Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative volunteer environment.
