What Is The Opportunity?

Nisos is looking for an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and customizing our GTM technology stack with a primary focus on Salesforce and its connected applications and data sources. You will ensure that our systems are scalable, efficient, and reliable. This is a hands-on role meant for a problem-solver who is passionate about building and maintaining the systems that power our GTM efforts. 

This role will be part of the company’s finance and operations team, but will primarily support several other company departments including Sales, Client Success, and Marketing. 

What Are The Responsibilities? 

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, Hubspot, ChurnZero, and other GTM tools and data sources, handling user management and configuration
  • Support day-to-day use of systems by Sales, Client Success, and Marketing users by troubleshooting issues, soliciting feedback, and implementing improvements
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and process automation to improve visibility and efficiency across the GTM process
  • Manage data integrity and quality within systems to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with delivery leads, technology team, and finance team to ensure that GTM data is properly collected during the sales process and efficiently transmitted to applicable downstream systems
  • Partner with our Information Security (IS) lead to ensure all systems are secure and accessible
  • Assist in the documentation and dissemination of processes, data models, and system integrations
  • Support the integration of new tools and technologies into the GTM technology stack

Who You Are

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration (e.g. user/security management, process automation, data management, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) and their integration with Salesforce
  • Experience with contract management systems (Ironclad preferred) and contracting workflows
  • Familiarity with B2B quote-to-cash and demand generation concepts and processes

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a business- or technology-related field
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably supporting a B2B organization
  • Experience with Hubspot, 6Sense, ChurnZero, or Ironclad a plus
  • Experience with Google Suite and MacOS
