As a dedicated GTM Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team and broader GTM org and will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent for our fastest growing vertical (Provider Partnerships Managers).
This is a high volume, full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate/pipeline management. You’ll be directly responsible for growing our national GTM team quickly while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all go-to-market openings, particularly for high volume sales roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team, functional leaders, and greater GTM team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
- Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
- Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc).
- Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process. Our success depends on how well we hire and you’ll introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
- You have 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on high volume go-to-market roles.
- You’re experienced in owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
- You’ve worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.
- You have a strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other creative resources; you’re able to generate leads and referrals from your efforts, conversations, and creativity.
- You’re data, systems & process oriented, with an expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc).
- You feel personally connected to Nourish’s mission and are excited by the opportunity to help people live longer, healthier lives.
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
- Field sales recruitment experience preferred.
- You’re deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.
