Overview:

Trimble is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager to play a crucial role in our product commercialization process. You'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient operationalization of our GTM strategies within key systems like Salesforce and our Content Management System. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver AECO software solutions to our customers by bridging the gap between product strategy and system implementation, ensuring our GTM efforts are efficient, scalable, and accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SKU and Pricing Operations: Oversee the intake of SKU and pricing requests from Product Marketers, ensuring data integrity, enforcing naming conventions, and maintaining governance policies.

  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and governance policies for SKUs

  • System Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for SKU and pricing system capabilities and limitations, advising product marketing and product teams on best practices for implementing and retiring SKUs and pricing effectively and scalably.

  • Pricing Management: Oversee and perform pricing, promo code, and discount schedule setup in relevant systems.

  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SKU creation, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies or data inconsistencies.

  • Documentation & Training: Develop, maintain, and socialize comprehensive documentation for all SKU and pricing processes, system configurations, and data workflows. Provide guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with BI teams to identify, develop, and document automation opportunities within the SKU and pricing lifecycle, reducing manual effort and improving data quality.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business systems analysis or product operations role, with a strong focus on SKU and pricing management.

  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to effectively manage complex data and multiple projects.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence across diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple requests and projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines, and communicating progress effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and familiarity with ERP systems. Experience with Content Management Systems (Contentful a plus).

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of GTM operations.

  • Proven understanding of core business systems and operational processes related to the product lifecycle, including SKU creation, pricing management, and order management.
