THE ROLE
Zeta Global is hiring an Operations Lead to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) Intelligence & Automation function within our Data Cloud team. This role will own the systems, workflows, and reporting that drive delivery of GTM insights and marketing automation programs across Zeta’s enterprise clients and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for scaling our operational infrastructure—from centralized intake and prioritization through execution tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Enablement, Applications, and Analytics to help ensure the right work gets done—faster, smarter, and more consistently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys structuring complexity into clarity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own & Scale GTM Operations
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for GTM Intelligence & Automation projects, from intake through delivery and optimization
- Refine and enforce intake SLAs and prioritization criteria
- Maintain the centralized request system and serve as the first line of triage for inbound requests
- Lead the Operating System
- Own the team’s project management platforms (primarily Asana), including workflows, boards, reporting, and governance
- Ensure tools and documentation reflect the team structure, intake flows, and processes as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and reusable assets to support team scale
- Drive Visibility & Reporting
- Build and maintain reporting on throughput, cycle time, request volume, and blockers
- Surface insights to guide leadership prioritization and team focus
- Run monthly retrospectives and support delivery scorecards
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Work
- Partner with GTM, Analytics, Applications, Marketing, Sales, and Client Support teams to align on shared goals
- Own meeting hygiene—drive agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-through
- Support rollout of new tooling, templates, and process improvements
- Optimize for Efficiency & Reuse
- Identify manual or redundant workflows and recommend automation or simplification paths
- Enable reuse of intelligence packages and automation playbooks across stakeholders
- Improve internal stakeholder experience across Asana, SharePoint, and supporting platforms
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Intake and prioritization are predictable, transparent, and trusted across stakeholders
- The operating system provides clear, real-time visibility into work in progress and team capacity
- GTM Intelligence & Automation initiatives move efficiently with fewer bottlenecks and clearer ownership
- Leadership has actionable operational insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions
- The team spends more time delivering insight and automation—and less time navigating process
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6 years in operations, GTM program management, or workflow/process ownership roles
- Experience managing systems like Asana, Jira, or similar
- Ability to synthesize complex projects into structured, trackable workflows
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Proven experience building reporting dashboards and supporting operational insights
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, marketing analytics, or data-driven execution
- Experience supporting technical, data, or automation-focused teams
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating as a utility player when needed

COMPENSATION RANGE
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 depending on location and experience.
