JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) plays a critical role in defining and executing a global go-to-market strategy that accelerates growth for Genesys Cloud. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver clear positioning, compelling sales narratives, and high-impact programs that support global selling motions. At Genesys, we are transforming customer and employee experiences through empathy, innovation, and AI-powered orchestration, and this role helps bring that story to life in the market. RESPONSIBILITIES

Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategies aligned to priority selling motions, target segments, and revenue opportunities for Genesys Cloud

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to build integrated GTM plans from audience definition and value proposition development through launch, adoption, and sustainment

  • Apply data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities across the buyer and seller journey

  • Align corporate narrative, customer needs, and field execution to advance the global Genesys Cloud GTM strategy

Sales Enablement and Global Programs

  • Design and lead scalable global sales enablement programs that equip sales teams and partners to effectively position and sell Genesys Cloud

  • Develop field-ready sales content supporting the full sales cycle, including first-call decks, solution briefs, playbooks, competitive narratives, white papers, videos, blogs, webinars, and enablement assets

  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership to ensure messaging, content, and programs align with field priorities and execution needs

  • Translate GTM strategy into clear sales plays, use case narratives, and persona-based messaging that drive confidence and consistency across global teams

Messaging, Positioning, and Market Insights

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulate Genesys Cloud value and competitive advantage

  • Identify buyer needs, use cases, and personas to inform GTM strategy and sales storytelling

  • Serve as a trusted voice of the market by bringing customer, competitive, and analyst insights into GTM planning

Communication, Measurement, and Influence

  • Deliver persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, executives, and cross-functional teams, as well as to external audiences such as analysts and industry events

  • Define, track, and report on GTM and enablement success metrics, contributing to monthly business reviews and ongoing planning

  • Influence without authority by aligning teams around shared GTM goals and execution priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise SaaS marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, preferably in a multi-product or platform environment

  • Demonstrated experience driving go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and revenue-focused programs

  • Strong understanding of B2B selling motions and full-funnel activation

  • Expertise in core product marketing skills, including messaging and positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, sales enablement, content creation, and market research

  • Proven ability to build scalable, global programs in partnership with sales and enablement teams

  • Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives and manage multiple complex workstreams

  • Track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, and Marketing

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$114,400.00 - $201,200.00
