Job Summary 

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Director of TA Operations & Programs, you will be the bridge between data-driven insights and strategic advisory.

In this role, you will evolve the Talent Acquisition function into a proactive, competitive powerhouse. You will be responsible for leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and workforce analytics to guide our most critical hiring decisions. By identifying talent hotspots, analyzing competitor trends, and pinpointing skills gaps, you will empower our Talent Acquisition leaders and executives with the intelligence needed to increase our edge in a global market.

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Data-Driven Enablement: Utilize AI and advanced data analytics to optimize recruiting workflows and predict future workforce needs.

  • Consultation & Advisory: Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex talent data into actionable insights that drive measurable business growth.

  • Strategic Insights: Advise leadership on talent strategy and optimize recruitment processes to improve quality of hire.

  • Tool & Resource Creation: Build AI-led tools and resources for Talent Acquisition delivery teams including a Global Talent Acquisition playbook.

  • Strategic Market Insights: Analyze internal and external labor market data to drive talent mapping, supply-and-demand forecasting, and retention strategies.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Research industry benchmarks and competitor hiring trends to ensure Iron Mountain remains an employer of choice.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Recruitment, and Business Leaders to translate complex data into future hiring requirements and create actionable hiring playbooks.

What You’ll Bring 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment.

  • Proven ability to drive data-led talent strategies that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.

  • Expert-level command of HR and enterprise tools (Gemini Gems, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc) as well as labor market research platforms.

  • Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting evidence-based talent solutions.

  • Ability to convert market research into tangible competitive advantages.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
