Own global full-cycle recruiting and employee onboarding across the US, Israel, and Europe. Recruit GTM and corporate talent, partner with hiring managers and executives, source candidates, manage agencies and offers, coordinate EOR-based employment processes, and ensure accurate onboarding documentation. Maintain recruiting data, improve workflows, and deliver a consistent candidate and new-hire experience in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Recruiter to join Cyolo and take ownership of our global recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who combines strong recruiting capabilities with excellent execution, organization, and attention to detail. You will manage multiple recruitment processes across the US, Israel, and Europe, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
As a growing global cybersecurity company, we need someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can operate independently, and knows how to build structure while getting things done.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes globally, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer management, and closing
- Lead recruitment for GTM and business roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Finance, and other corporate functions
- Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for motivation, capabilities, cultural alignment, and fit for a fast-growing global organization
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, challenge requirements when needed, and drive recruitment processes forward
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates and build relevant talent pipelines across key markets
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external recruiting partners
- Own the operational onboarding process for new employees, from signed offer through successful onboarding
- Coordinate employment documentation, HR systems, EOR providers, IT, Finance, and hiring managers to ensure employees are fully set up for their start date
- Manage onboarding workflows and documentation in HR systems and ensure required tasks, policies, and compliance documentation are completed and properly recorded
- Support global hiring and employment processes involving EOR providers across different countries
- Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding data and provide visibility into hiring progress, bottlenecks, and priorities
- Continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes to support Cyolo’s growth and ensure consistent execution globally
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience, including significant experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Proven in-house recruiting experience within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology company
- Strong experience recruiting GTM roles in the US market; experience recruiting across additional international markets is highly preferred
- Experience working directly with senior hiring managers and executives
- Strong sourcing capabilities and demonstrated ability to recruit proactively rather than relying primarily on inbound candidates or agencies
- Experience managing offers, employment documentation, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience working with EOR providers and globally distributed teams
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; experience with Comeet and HiBob is an advantage
- Native-level or fully fluent English, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel processes without losing follow-through
- Strong ownership mindset — comfortable identifying what needs to happen, driving it forward, and closing the loop independently
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and processes continue to evolve
