As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Professional Services and Delivery teams by managing customer relationships, scoping billable projects, and developing clear, impactful statements of work.
Operating as a critical member of our global team, this role owns the execution of a diverse project portfolio. This role requires an adaptable leader who can seamlessly shift gears: running highly structured, complex enterprise software deployments (e.g., Time & Attendance, Payroll, Finance) while efficiently driving higher-velocity, smaller application rollouts.
This role demands an exceptional blend of professional maturity, meticulous time management across NA time zones, and the acute attention to detail required to protect project margins. You will bring structure to ambiguity, ensuring that every tier of client—from enterprise corporations to smaller accounts—experiences a world-class onboarding journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- AI-Driven Efficiency: Champion the adoption of internal AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking, synthesize meeting data across time zones, and accelerate the creation of project documentation and status reports.
- Strategic On-Site Presence: Travel domestically (up to 25%) to lead critical kick-off meetings, conduct high-stakes steering committee reviews, and foster deep, trust-based relationships with global enterprise clients and distributed teams.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Establish, maintain, and navigate complex relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers.
- Scope & Detail Analysis: Define or deeply analyze project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail before gaining customer alignment.
- Precision Project Planning: Develop granular project plans, mapping out dependencies and scheduling project activities across multiple time zones.
- Time Management & Execution: Rigorously track the progress of all concurrent workstreams, keeping a sharp eye on deadlines to ensure commitments are met punctually.
- Transparent Communication: Deliver precise and thoroughly documented project progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve emerging risks and localized issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Standards & Documentation: Utilize appropriate project management systems, tools, and methodologies while maintaining flawless, audit-ready project documentation.
- Financial & Project Closure: Methodically close projects to enable revenue recognition, ensuring all final details are accounted for and global lessons learned are thoroughly reviewed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT (software) and SaaS deployments.
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics to enhance resource scheduling, risk forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Methodology: Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Track Record: Documented success in delivering complex projects strictly on budget and on time, meeting or exceeding project revenue targets.
- Time Management & Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and complex project minutiae without sacrificing quality.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a high cultural awareness for global communication.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to quickly build trust and rapport with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams.
- Tools & Platforms: High proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite).
