As the Global Product Marketing Manager reporting into the VP, Global Growth Marketing, you will be the strategic voice of AtlasHXM’s product and service in the market. You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to drive global adoption and revenue growth. This is a pivotal role bridging product innovation with customer needs across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to buyer personas. And designed to drive new Atlas platform feature adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead integrated launch plans for new features and product releases across global markets, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Integrated Marketing teams. Including, collaborating with marketing intelligence on our positioning story to analyst and ranking sites.
  • Collaborate with marketing intel to conduct deep market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to inform product direction and differentiation and be closely connected with the voice of our customer.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to build global sales enablement tools including battle cards and product collateral as well as support key sales messaging.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal content team and performance marketing agency to create product-focused assets (eBooks, case studies, videos, thought leadership) that drive awareness and demand.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Support: Partner with Customer Success and Field Marketing to enhance customer experience and adoption throughout the lifecycle, including referral and expansion programs.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience, with 3+ years of experience in global B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in HR tech or EOR space
  • Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals—positioning, competitor research, messaging, GTM, enablement
  • Outstanding communicator with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for data and results
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a high-growth environment with a focus on cross-department collaboration
  • Passion for simplifying complexity and telling
