To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Product Manager – Monitoring located in Remote US.
Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Service, Software & Metering the Global Product Manager - Monitoring will maintain existing product, lead roadmap development and scale the portfolio worldwide to deliver customer-centric experiences as well as align with additional product and business strategies. They will identify trends, set the vision, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational goals.
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversee the P&L for the product line, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, margin and return on sales (ROS).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for portfolio expansion, including new product introductions (NPI) and market entry strategies.
- Facilitate the translation of market needs and technical requirements across stakeholders, including internal customers and stakeholders.
- Builds trust and grows customer relationships through regular engagement, issue resolution, and VoC initiatives.
- Participate and drive company engagement in standards and spec setting activities.
- Oversee forecasting efforts to anticipate demand and support planning activities.
- Inspire, influence, and drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
- Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong background in electrical and/or industrial products and/or services, customer relationships, market strategy, pricing strategy, operational excellence and industry standards.
- Proven track record driving success in ambiguous and/or cross-functional environments and have a start-up mindset
- Displays influence without authority, project management and strategic planning skill sets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards.
- Fosters urgency, innovation, collaboration, and customer empathy to deliver results.
- Hyperscale and Colocation market knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with critical power systems preferred
- Availability to travel 30%
